Description The amendment to the Karnataka Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1961 (Karnataka Act 8 of 1962), in section 15, in sub-section (7), for the first provison, Provided that, the total number of the days of leave that may be carried forward to a succeeding year shall not exceed forty-five days. This Act may be called the Karnataka Shops and Commercial Establishments (Second Amendment) Act, 2020 |S.Section 15 and sub-section 7
