Act | "Act" means the Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970; |

Appellate Authority | "Appellate Officer" means the Appellate Officer appointed by the Central Government under sub-section (1) of Section 15; |

Board | "Board" means the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board Constituted under Section 3; |

Chairman | "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Board; |

Committee | "Committee'" means a Committee constituted under sub-section (1) of Section 5; |

Form | "Form" means a form appended to these rules; |

Section | "Section" means a section of the Act. |
