Certifying Officer To certify standing orders for establishments within jurisdiction On receiving an application to issue or amend standing orders, forward copies of the application to the trade union/workmen, and to authenticate standing orders
Appellate Authority To hear and decide on appeals with regards to Standing Orders On receiving an appeal against the certification of standing orders, give the appellants an opportunity to be heard, if necessary, give the other party a hearing, and make a final decision.
