Section 27: Decision by majority

All question arising for decision at any meeting of a Board or Court, save where the Court consists of one person, shall be decided by a majority of the votes of the members thereof (including the Chairman) present at the meeting. In the event of an equality of votes the Chairman shall also have a casting vote.
