Section 30: Proceedings before a Board, Court, Labour Court, Tribunal or National Tribunal

The proceedings before a Board, Court, Labour Court, Tribunal or National Tribunal shall be held in public.
Provided that the Board, Court, Labour Court, Tribunal or National Tribunal may at any state direct that any witness shall be examined or its proceedings shall be held in camera.
