The Court fee payable in respect of proceedings under section 20 shall be-
(i) for every application to summon a witness-One rupees in respect of each witness;
(ii) for every application made by or on behalf of an individual - One rupee;
(iii) for every application made on behalf or in respect of a number of employees - One rupees per employee subject to a maximum of twenty rupees:
Provided that the Authority may, if in its opinion, the applicant is pauper, exempt him wholly or partly from the payment of such fees:
Provided further that no fee shall be chargeable-
(a) from persons employed in Agriculture; or
(b) in respect of an application made by an Inspector.
