A non-official member of the Committee, an Advisory Committee or the Board shall be entitled to draw travelling and halting allowances for and journey performed by him in connection with his duties as such member at the rates and subject to the conditions applicable to a Government servant of the first class under the appropriate rules of the Central Government.
