Inter-State Migrant Workmen Central Rules

Chapter 1

Section 1: Short title and commencement

(1) These rules may be called the Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Central Rules, 1980.

(2)They shall come into force from the Second day of October, 1980.
