1[(1) Every contractor shall maintain displacement-cum-outward journey allowance sheet in Form XV and return journey allowance register in Form XVI.]
(2)Entries in the sheet and the register required to be maintained under sub-rule (1) shall beauthenticated by the contractor or his duly authorised representative.
