Section 18-A: Presiding Officer and other officers to be public servants
The Presiding Officer of a Tribunal, its officers and other employees, the authorities referred to in Section 7-A and every Inspector shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of Section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.
