Act Building Contruction Workers Act
Description The Government of Rajasthan has made provisions for third-party inspections under the Building And Other Construction Workers (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Act, 1996. Employers can now use the RajFab portal to apply online for third-party inspections, and re-opt for the scheme after submitting the inspection details online.
