Act Gujarat Factories Rules
Description The new amendment to the Gujarat Factory Rules states that PPE kits will now be approved by the Chief Inspector of Factories. All PPEs that do not have approvals per Indian standards or the Chief Inspectors approval will be considered compliant if they meet EN, ANSI, or ISO standards.
