Act Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Rules (HAR)
Description All the establishment which include Factories and Shops and commercial establishment coming under the purview of the Haryana Labour Welfare Board have been segregated in two categories Type-I and Type-II. Type-I, is the category consisting of more than 500 workers and the others is Type-II, category in which workers are less than 500. Please refer to the notification for more information.
