Act Inter-State Migrant Workmen Act
Description New Delhi: The government has mandated registration of workers employed through outsourcing with the Labour department. All principal employers must register those employed during the last 12 months using the e-district portal https://edistrict.delhigovt.nic.in. Passbooks are to be issued to all interstate migrant workmen. Non-attraction will attract legal action.
