Industrial Disputes (Banking and Insurance Companies) Act - Definition

Section 2:
Award, Banking Company, Industrial Dispute, Insurance Company
In this Act unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context, the expressions "award", "banking company", "industrial dispute" and "insurance company" have the meanings respectively assigned to them in Section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 as amended by this Act.
