Prepare and Submit before the 1st February of the following year, an annual return in the required format (Schedule under the Workmen's Compensation Returns, Notification No L-1189 dated 28th March 1935) to the Commissioner (Inspector of Factories in case of Punjab).
Audit Requirement: Has an annual return for the previous year been submitted to the appropriate authority ?
Supporting Documents: Copy of Annual Return and proof of submission
