Conduct any disciplinary action including fines, suspensions, inquiries or dismissals in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Standing Orders for the Establishment
Audit Requirement: Have all cases of disciplinary action been conducted in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Standing Orders ?
