Obligation : To allow a holiday of one whole day in each week and to specify that in a notice.

Action to be taken:
Allow a holiday of 1 day in each week and that day should be specified in a notice permanently exhibited in a conspicuous place in the establishment.Ensure that the day so specified is not altered more than once in 3 months.

Every child employed in an establishment shall be allowed in each week, a holiday of one whole day, which day shall be specified by the occupier in a notice permanently exhibited in a conspicuous place in the establishment and the day so specified shall not be altered by the occupier more than once in three months.
