Obligation : To provide each workman leaving the company with a service certificate

Frequency: Quarterly
Action to be taken:
Provide a workman leaving the company through discharge/termination/ retirement/ resignation with a service certificate specifying the nature of work, designation and period of employment (days, months and years).
Audit Requirement: Have all employees who have left the company been provided a Certificate of Service ?
