Action to be taken:
On joining of a workman, create a Service Card for the workman in Form V.
Record the workman's particulars on an ongoing basis with the knowledge of that workman and with all changes attested by an officer authorised in this behalf

Audit Requirement:
Is an accurate Service Card being maintained for each workman with the knowledge of the workman ? Are all changes in this card attested by an officer authorised to do so ?
