Section:3 (2) :Change In Establishment Details

Obligation : To communicate any changes in Registration Particulars to the Controlling Authority within 30 days of the change

Type:Trigger Frequency: Quarterly

Action to be taken:
Submit a Notice in Form B (Rules) in case of any change in the name, address, employer or nature of business of the establishment to the Controlling Officer under the Gratuity Act within 30 days of the change

Audit Requirement:
In case of any changes in the particulars of the establishment, has the controlling officer been notified within 30 days of the change ?
