Action to be taken:
On depositing compensation under section 8(1) of the Workmens Compensation Act, furnish a statement regarding the deposit in Form A for a fatal accident and Form AA for a non-fatal accident, and obtain a receipt in Form B. If the deposit is made under Section 8(2) of the Act, then the employer shall furnish a statement in Form D and shall be given a receipt in Form E.
