Obligation : Women to be medically examined by female practitioner, and by male practitioner only in presence of another woman.

Action to be taken:
Ensure that no woman is medically examined without consent by male medical practitioner except in the presence of another woman. A woman employee has to be examined by a female if she deposits a sum of money sufficient to cover the expenses of examination by a female medical practitioner
Audit Requirement: Are all medical examinations of women under the Workmens Compensation Act being carried out by a female medical practitioner or as prescribed ?
