Obligation : To submit Draft Standing Orders to the Certifying Officer and obtain Certification for the same

Make an application by registered post to the certifying officer for certification of standing orders in Form I. Submit five copies of the draft standing order proposed to be adopted in the industrial establishment. Ensure that it is accompanied by a statement giving particulars of workmen employed in the industrial establishment as specified in Rule 5.
