Action to be taken:
In case of an intention to change the conditions of service of any workman related to a matter in the Fourth Schedule, submit a notice at least 21 days before the date of intended change in Form E. The notice should be displayed conspicuously on a notice board and the main entrance to the establishment. A copy should also be served on the secretary of any registered trade union

Audit Requirement:
Has at least 21 days notice been given to all workmen affected by any change in service conditions ?
