Action to be taken:
Constitute Work Committees in the following manner:

(a) The number of members
(not > 20) shall be fixed so as to afford representation to the various categories, groups and class of workmen engaged in the establishment
(b) The number of workmen representatives cannot be less than the number of representatives of the employer
(c) The workmen's representatives shall be elected as per the procedure listed in Rules 41-50. The employer shall be responsible for fixing dates for nominations and elections, and for all arrangements in connection with the election
(d) The Officers of the Committee will be as per Rule 51

Has a Works Committee been constituted in the prescribed manner where required to do so by the appropriate government by a special or general order ?
