Action to be taken:
In case of an intention to lay-off or to continue a lay-off of workmen under Section 25M, make an application for permission in Form O-3 in triplicate and deliver it to the concerned authority personally or by registered post. Copies of the application are to be served on the workmen concerned, and proof to this effect is to be submitted along with the application. On receipt of permission, submit a notice of commencement or termination of lay-offs in Forms O-1 and O-2 respectively to the Regional Labour Commissioner (Central)
