Action to be taken:
If it is intended to close down an undertaking under Section 25-O, submit a notice in Form QA in triplicate and serve it on the Central Government either personally or by registered post A/D. Simultaneously, submit a copy of the application to the President or Secretary of the registered trade unions functioning in the establishment. A notice in this regard should be immediately displayed conspicuously on a notice board at the main entrance. The employer has to provide the authority all additional information it needs to grant or refuse permission.
