Section:74 :Hours Of Work To Correspond With Notice and Register

Obligation : To prohibit employment of any child worker during any working hours in the factory premises except in accordance with the notice on working hours displayed in the factory and the workers register

Type:Preventive Compliance Frequency: Monthly

Action to be taken:
Ensure that no child worker is allowed to work in any factory otherwise than in accordance with the notice of periods of work displayed in the factory and the entries made beforehand against his name in the register of child workers of the factory.

Audit Requirement:
Are all child workers permitted to work only during the period of work prescribed for that worker in the Notice of Periods of Work and the Register of Child Workers ?
