Obligation : Not to commit an unfair labour practice.

Type:Trigger Frequency: Quarterly

Action to be taken:
Ensure that no employer or trade union of employers commits any unfair labour practice as listed in Schedule 5 of the I.D.Act.

Audit Requirement:
Are measures in place to ensure that no unfair labour practices are carried on by the organisation ?
