Sales Promotion Employees (Conditions Of Service) Act, 1976 5:Issue of appointment letter:
Every employer in relation to a sales promotion employee shall furnish to such employee a letter of appointment, in such form as may be prescribed; (a) in a case where he holds appointment as such at the commencement of this Act, within three months of such commencement; and (b) in any other case, on his appointment as such.
Sales Promotion Employees (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976 Chapter:Letter of Appointment|22:Appointment of employee:
(1) The letter of appointment to be furnished to a sales promotion employee under section 5 shall be in Form A. (2) Every change in the particulars mentioned in the letter of appointment given to an employee shall be communicated to the employee concerned forthwith either by personal service with proper receipt or by registered post acknowledgement due.
