Obligation : To record the reasons for refusal and postponement of earned leave and send a copy to the employee.

Action to be taken:
If leave is refused or postponed, the competent officer shall record the reasons for such refusal or postponement, as the case may be, and send a copy of the order to the sales promotion employee concerned.
Audit Requirement: If leave is refused or postponed, has the competent officer recorded the reasons for and sent a copy of the order to the sales promotion employee concerned ?
