Section:9;10;11; Rule 6;7 :Complaint of Sexual Harassment

Obligation : To ensure that aggrieved women can make a written complaint which is inquired into by the committee

Type:Trigger Frequency: Quarterly

Action to be taken:
Allow and render all possible assistance to any aggrieved woman to make a written complaint to the committee. In case of physical or mental incapacity of the woman, accept the complaint from the legal any of the people prescribed in Rule 6. The complaint can be made upto 3 months from the date of the incident.

The internal committee can at the request of the woman, take steps to settle the matter through conciliation, and if no settlement is reached, inquire into the complaint.

Audit Requirement:
Have all aggrieved woman been allowed to file a complaint with the committee?
