The applicant shall submit an affidavit, in the Form I along with the application in Form II for verifying the applicant's background, incorporating all the details required under Sec 6. Additionally, the applicant must confirm that they will ensure proper training for security guards and supervisors as mandated under Sec 9, and comply with all conditions specified under Sec 11. -If the applicant is a company, firm, or association, Form I must be submitted for each person involved (like owners or directors). They also need to submit Form III, which is an affidavit confirming they meet the legal requirements. -Application shall include payment for the licence fee (shown by a demand draft, banker's cheque or electronic payment). -A physical copy of the licence shall be displayed at the place of business.
