Action to be taken:
-Licencee shall undergo training prescribed by the Controlling Authority within a time frame set by them. The training must last for at least 6 working days and cover all the topics prescribed in Rule 8. -Agency must provide the controlling authority with details of everyone who is a part of the agency within 15 days of receiving the licence. -The agency must inform the Controlling Authority about any changes in the addresses or management of the agency within 30 days. -The agency must notify the Controlling Authority if any person forming part of the agency, or a security guard/supervisor, faces criminal charges during their duties. -The agency must meet the physical standards for security guards and ensure their training is in line with the required rules.
