Section 19: Form and manner of maintenance of accounts

The Central Board shall maintain the accounts of its income and expenditure including its administrative account in From 1 and From 2 and the balance-sheet in Form 3. The accounts shall be prepared for the financial year and the books shall be balanced on the thirty-first March each year.
