Section 25-Q: Penalty for lay-off and retrenchment without previous permission
Any employer who contravenes the provisions of Section 25-M Section 25-N shall be publishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one month, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, or with both.
