| Regional and Local Boards, Committees and Councils |
Regional Boards, Local Committees and Regional and Local Medical Benefit Councils are appointed by the Corporation to assist in the implementation of the Act |

| Inspector |
To implement and enforce the provisions of the Act |
Call for information, enter any premises at a reasonable time, examine accounts, books and other documents, examine any person, and make copies of or take extracts from ant document |
| Recovery Officer |
An officer authorised by the Central or State Government to recover dues from Employers |
On receipt of a certificate from an authorised officer, to recover amounts due from the employer |
