The Government of Puducherry has instrumented several changes in the Puducherry Building and Other Construction Workers Rules. The government looks to make processes under the said Rules online through the Puducherry Labour Department Portal. The processes listed in the amendment include:
i. Application for registration under the said Rules
ii. Payment of registration fees under various heads, collection of receipts and relevant fees
iii. Amendment to registration certificate
i. Notice for completion and commencement - Form IV
v. Combined annual return - Form XXV
All books, registers, and records must be maintained electronically and produced in the same format when demanded by the Inspector.
