    OFFENCES

    Section Offence Penalty
    7(1). Fails to notify any vacancy Fine of Rs. 500 for first offence & Rs. 1000 for subsequent offence.
    7(2)(a) Refusing or neglecting to furnish any information or return, or furnishing any information or return known to be false, or refusing to answer, or giving a false answer to any question necessary for obtaining any information under S.5 Fine of Rs. 250 for first offence & Rs. 500 for subsequent offence.
    7(2)(b) Impeding the right of access to relevant records or documents or the right of entry conferred by Section 6 Fine of Rs. 250 for first offence & Rs. 500 for subsequent offence.
