    • OFFENCES

    Section Offence Penalty
    31(1) Default in giving notice / statement / returns to Registrar. Fine of Rs. 5; in case of continuing default additional fine of Rs. 5 per week. Maximum fine is Rs. 50
    31(2) Making false entry in statement u/s 28 or in statements to be filed with Registrar. Fine of Rs. 500.
    32 Supplying false information regarding trade union to members or employees applying to become members Fine upto Rs. 200.
