    ABOUT THE ACT

    Objectives:

    The Working Journalists Rules gives effect to various provisions of the Working Journalists Act.

    Applicability

    The Working Journalists Rules Apply to all factories and establishments to which the Working Journalists Act applies

    Applicability of Parent Act

    The Act extends to the whole of India. It applies to Newspaper Employees employed in any newspaper establishment.
