Central Government To determine the extent of the act and to make rules to give effect to the Act To add to the Schedule of employees involved in hazardous occupations or jobs involving occupational diseases, and to make rules.
State Government To make rules to give effect to the Act in the State and to implement the act in the State To make rules in the state for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this act, to appoint commissioners, To add to the Schedule of employees involved in hazardous occupations or jobs involving occupational diseases for the state.
Commissioners Appointed by the State Government to decide matters relating to payment of compensation, receive information regarding fatal accidents. To receive deposits made by employers and require additional deposits, make an award determining the total amount payable, to enforce the attendance of witnesses and to take evidence
