    OFFENCES

    Section Offence Penalty
    9 Contravention of S.3 or S.4, of a requirement imposed by notification under S. 5(1) or S.6, or of the rules made under S 10(2)(c) regarding Closing , Weekly Holidays, Half Day Closing and holidays or deductions from wages Fine of Rs.25 for first offence and Rs. 250 for subsequent offences.
