Applicability
The Working Journalists Fixation of Rates of Wages Act Applies to all factories and establishments to which the Working Journalists Act applies i.e. to Newspaper Employees employed in any newspaper establishment.
Applicability of Parent Act
The Act extends to the whole of India. It applies to Newspaper Employees employed in any newspaper establishment.
