    OFFENCES

    Section Offence Penalty
    6 Failing to comply with any of the provisions of the Act Fine of upto Rs 6000
    6 Second or subsequent conviction of failing to comply with the provisions of the act Imprisonment for a period which shall not be less than one month but which may extend to six months or with fine which shall not be less than rupees ten thousand but may extend to rupees twenty five thousand, or with both.
