Industrial Court (Appellate authority) To hear appeals against the order of Certifying Officer. Receiving evidence, administering oaths, enforcing the attendance of witnesses, and compelling the discovery and production of documents
Labour Courts To settle disputes relating to subsistence allowance. Settle disputes relating to subsistence allowance.
